Usage

• Lave-toi les mains avant de manipuler ou d'utiliser ta Mool.
• Avant la première utilisation (et après chaque utilisation), lave ta Mool à 30°C dans un filet de lavage, sans adoucissant.
• Laisse-la sécher à l'air libre (ta Mool n'aime pas le sèche-linge 😉).
• Ta Mool est conçue pour t'accompagner jusqu'à 12 heures. Nous t'invitons à la changer régulièrement, sans dépasser cette durée.

Les culottes et maillots menstruels Mool sont fabriqués à partir de matières soigneusement sélectionnées pour offrir un contact doux et sûr avec la peau. Comme pour tout textile porté au contact de la peau, certaines personnes peuvent néanmoins présenter des réactions individuelles (irritations, intolérances ou allergies) liées aux matières textiles ou aux produits utilisés lors de l'entretien. En cas d'inconfort persistant, de réaction cutanée ou de microtraumatismes, cesse leur utilisation et demande conseil à un professionnel de santé.

Il a filé directement a l'arrière avant meme que j’ai fini de le mettre( je n’ai pas d'ongles),j’ai acheté plusieurs fois chez vous et j’avoue que je suis un peu déçue de la qualité cette fois ci ,les tissus sont beaucoup plus fins et élastiques, c'est dommage

J’ai reçu ce shorty taché comme on peut le voir sur les photos. Et malgré s mes demandes je n’ai pas de réponse pour le moment a part des mails promotionnels. Je suis assez déçue. Jusque là les culottes menstruelles sont très bien mais le SAV n’est à mon goût pas à la hauteur. J’attends encore une réponse

Le short est vraiment pareil à la description, j'avais déjà fait plusieurs boutiques pour trouver des shorts similaires et n'en avez pas trouvé... Il est très agréable, gaine un peu le ventre, et surtout ne glisse pas ! On ne le sens plus quand on l'a !

C est une première pour moi ds la commande chez MOOL. Je ne suis plus réglée depuis longtemps.. mais avec les avis positifs j ai voulut essayer.pour le confort .et bien je ne suis pas déçue je suis même enchantée.cela fait comme 1 culotte panty .mais cela ne serre pas du tout aux cuisses ni au ventre cela suit les mouvements du corps ..quel dommage que le concept cela n existait pas avant...me concernant..pas rapport au cycle des femmes ..la prochaine fois je commanderai sûrement pour ma fille .merciiiii

Our delivery times

In general, 72 hours are enough for your Mool to be in your mailbox (excluding holidays and weekends) except for our Mools on pre-order :) . We prepare your order ourselves within the first 24 hours, at our premises in Lyon ;), then we hand it over to the carrier.
How long can you wear your Mool?

The Mools all have different absorption powers: small, medium, large flow... If you choose your Mool based on your flow, you can be at ease for a whole day (or a whole night). Of course, we are all different and we all have different cycles. For some, it will be calm and serene. For some women, having a spare Mool in their bag will not be a luxury ;)
How do Mools work?

The Mools are made up of several layers. The first layer in contact with your skin is made of organic cotton and provides exceptional comfort as well as revolutionary absorption; the middle layer helps keep the first layer dry and neutralizes odors. Finally, the outer layer is waterproof and ensures that your period stays where it should: inside the panties. Their technology allows for ideal absorption, without the feeling of a pad. You stay dry, without odors, and without the sensation of dampness.

Pssst: It is even said that our customers wear Mools even when they are not on their period. But that stays between us.
