This page will allow you to access the return portal and let yourself be guided :)
It's as simple as that!
As a reminder: you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification as well as to make an exchange.
Our delivery times
In general, 72 hours are enough for your Mool to be in your mailbox (excluding holidays and weekends) except for our Mools on pre-order :) . We prepare your order ourselves within the first 24 hours, at our premises in Lyon ;), then we hand it over to the carrier.
How long can you wear your Mool?
The Mools all have different absorption powers: small, medium, large flow... If you choose your Mool based on your flow, you can be at ease for a whole day (or a whole night). Of course, we are all different and we all have different cycles. For some, it will be calm and serene. For some women, having a spare Mool in their bag will not be a luxury ;)
How do Mools work?
The Mools are made up of several layers. The first layer in contact with your skin is made of organic cotton and provides exceptional comfort as well as revolutionary absorption; the middle layer helps keep the first layer dry and neutralizes odors. Finally, the outer layer is waterproof and ensures that your period stays where it should: inside the panties. Their technology allows for ideal absorption, without the feeling of a pad. You stay dry, without odors, and without the sensation of dampness.
Pssst: It is even said that our customers wear Mools even when they are not on their period. But that stays between us.
